Project Introduction: This project is divided into three parts, namely, the eastern group controlled detailed planning and urban design of the Southern Tablelands, the eastern Group controlled detailed planning and conceptual urban design of the Northern Wenbei area, and the eastern group urban design of the central business center.

This plan will be the nature of the east group in the Southern Tableland area positioning as the international cultural tourism and health resort facing the greater Xi 'an metropolitan area; The eastern business center of the central area will be positioned as the future business center of the city, bringing together diverse functions such as living, office, business, entertainment, culture and education, and tourism to attract all kinds of companies, enterprises, groups and individuals to work, start businesses and live here, and eventually develop into a modern business and office center; The eastern part of Wenbei area is positioned as an intensive livable urban area based on residential functions, which is dominated by public services, economy and culture, and comprehensive transportation of fuping County.
